Our Recycling Process
We can manage your recycling process from beginning to end, from collection, size reduction, homogenisation and delivery back to you.
We use the same process to segregate and filter our own materials to produce our compounds which are used straight out of the bag.
We have shredders, granulators, electro static or infra-red sorting, pulverising or compounding all available to produce the best available material for your requirements.
Please challenge our recycling team to help turn your waste into profit
1. Collection of Materials
We collect mixed materials from either industrial sources or waste transfer stations
2. Material Classification
Sorting of PVC from other materials such as polypropylene, using infra-red technology
3. Washing & Drying
We make sure the PVC is separated from contaminants such as wood, metal or cement
4. Granualting
Size reduction, producing an irregular chip between 4-8mm
5. Micronisation
The chip is taken after granulation and further size reduced making a powder from 500-1200 microns
6. Compounding
Finally we turn this into an homogeneous pellet after adding process aids, lubricants and other performance modifying ingredients
